Couple of ideas to make onboarding easier.

have a file, where you define servers, and if they are not there, uSync.Publisher just adds them
Auto add self, if the server you are on isn't there just add it first time (need to think of how it then gets named)
remove the 'what type of sync do you want' from the setup box, just set it up with the assumed (content meda) and let people change it on the next screen if they want.
