Hello,
When you change an exsisting .PDF file added to a 'Article' media type USYNC publisher does not realise there has been a change.
When you change an exsisting .PDF file added to a 'File' media type USYNC publisher does realise there has been a change.
By default Umbraco creates a PDF as a 'Article' media type
