Describe the bug
License verification is intermittent, sometimes it fails on our production instance and we cannot proceed with publishing.
However, license seems to work on our staging instance correctly (but still unable to publish to production)
License configs had been injected via App Settings configuration on Azure App Service. Later we added the license and appid/appkey into the appsettings.json file directly as well. Same intermittent issues are observed on the production environment.

Umbraco Version: 9.2.0
uSync.Complete Version: 9.4.0
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Umbraco Dashboard
Click on Settings
Scroll down to Synchronization section
Click on uSync
Click on License on top right
Screen shows "You licence is not valid for the current host" in red
Expected behavior
Screen should show "your licence is valid" in green
