Current level (stats and combat) - Auto-reported via JZbot by krisped #195

Have an option to use current level instead of lvl > < =.

Example STAT STRENGTH +1 (as trigger) CONSUME RANGING_POT and it will drink a ranging pot if you are 1 level over your current level even if your ranged level are 10, 30, 50, or 99.

And another example is for example player_spawn * +- . Command: HOP_RANDOM 1. It will hop random world IF a player is in attackable range, even if your account is level 3,40,60,126
