PROJECTILE_SELF will not trigger prayers - Auto-reported via JZbot by pedrox4137 #200

Tried out projectile_self 1099 which is d bow spec. It will trigger every command, but not prayers (not any prayer).

But will trigger consume, move commands and much more. Even triggered combo at targets d bow spec.

And prayers working with other triggers or hotkeys, so seems like it might be a bug.
