Hide new block changes and players when teleporting to the replaying world #147

Version: AdvancedReplay 1.8.4 When there's a player who teleport to the world or making new block changes, the player reviewing the replay will see it. So I have to disable players teleporting to the world when a player is reviewing a replay on that world.
