Possibly convert to PE? #176

Seems like Packet events seems to have a somewhat way more "feasible" API? I'd say, I Know a lot of the wrapping here is "mostly" done with ProtocolLib but it seems PE has so much more built in wrappers as well

The wrappers look like they have better version support and more frequent updates, however it would require to rewrite large parts of the plugin. Not sure if I want to do that yet but I'll keep it in mind.
