6pos switch resets to first position on startup #19

On startup, the 6pos pot (on the T16 represented by the 6 buttons) resets to position 1 on startup. Is there any way to keep the position? If not, can someone point me to the spot in the code where I could change the default?

this is serious as many of us turn off TX for longer auto mission and turn it back on on aircraft arrival from the mission. current behavior flips the mode from AUTO back to what ever position 1 is (stabiulized in my case). u need to be quick to flip the mode back to auto after power is back on.
