Memcache Installation #279

Will there be any negative impact on the server when memcached is installed? 
Does memcached requires any assosiated software to run or not?

IF you need support, please use the mailing list.

Just installing memcached doesn't do anything... running it will use some 
memory and resources as you've configured. please refer to the wiki for 
tutorials and examples
