OSPO csv file: duplicate company names #3

In the OSPO dataset, there are duplicate records with the same "Organization" but different values for column "Name". https://github.com/JumpsuitWizard/FOCUSED-Collaboration/blob/main/notebooks/data_raw/ospo_todo_landscape.csv
