Missing data from notebook

The geolocation notebook attempts to load data_derived/pyladies_clean.csv, but no such file exists.

As far as I can tell, this file is neither present in the repository, nor is it created as an artifact by other notebooks. Is this a placeholder?

Edit: The plots notebook attempts to load this file as well.

Discussed this with @DuaneOBrien and decided to exclude the data.
