The labelling of axes is unnecessary here since it is extremely trivial and intuitive that the names of the months are referring to months and not amount values, and thus the month axis is obvious enough and consequently the amount values as well.
The issue of the colour of the values and the background is purely cosmetic and does not affect the usage of this feature, and thus the severity is adjusted to severity.VeryLow.

The y-axis values are small and grey and blend in with the background colour which may make it difficult for users to see. The axis should be labelled as well to be completely fool-proof.
