Preface for Features section is wordy

In the user guide pages 9 to 10, all the important information about command formats is in one place and could be quite bulky and hard for the readers to digest. Suggest putting the relevant information at each individual command instead to allow for easier reference. For example, if a command needs a date input, the information about date input can be put there to remind the reader.

This was a recommendation by CS2101 tutor to reduce repetition. Moreover, the wordiness is inevitable even if you move the command formats to each individual command, since most commands use multiple parameters.
