People with same name is not allowed even though their contact details is different #10

even though they have a note here saying You cannot add a volunteer with the same name as an existing volunteer. I feel that name is so common, there may be people with the same name in the world.

Suggestion Should allow same name but check for differenet contact details

As you can see, the phone number is different but I cannot add them image.png
