hi, how could we use boundary loss for nnunet? #33

Hi @DataScientist512 ,

Sorry for my late reply. Most of my time is on the FLARE Challenge https://flare.grand-challenge.org/FLARE21/ during the past several weeks.

In my experiments, we first train nnunet with the Dice loss and than finetune with the boundary loss.
