Inaccurate command format for `Adding a contact` command in the User Guide #10

From the screenshot, users will infer that they can only provide one tag when they add a contact. However, the actual behaviour of the app is that it allows users to provide multiple tags. As such, users who want to provide multiple tags may not be able to do so when they look at the User Guide, even if they are in fact able to in the app. This will cause inconvenience for them.
