application is functional without the need of internet

Reason for disagreement: The user is unable to access the user guide if there is no Internet connection, since it is provided as just a link. As such, the user is unable to refer to any guide for the commands, or know what kinds of commands the app provides if there is no Internet. This means that the help
command is basically not functional, since it does not serve its purpose. As such, the application should not be counted as functional in this case, and so the NFR is inaccurate.
It is stated that the app should work without internet connection, but the 'help' command in the application needs Internet to be able to access the given link in the help window. So, this NFR is inaccurate.
