Reason for disagreement: [replace this with your explanation]
A valid status is
lost, and the user can set it to 'lost' in the application, but it is not provided in the list of valid statuses here. When users refer to the User Guide, they may never be able to set the status of a contact tolosteven if they did lose the contact. However, since they can still set the status to other valid statuses, they can still sort of use this feature and this application, which is why I have given this a Medium severity level.
