Mark locations that are inaccessible #15

As an admin, I wish that I could keep staff and visitors alike from certain areas which are busy or inaccessible to them.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Admin able to pinpoint and enter waypoint which is deemed inaccessible to patrons.
  2. System displays, and records inaccessible waypoint.
  3. User trying to navigate through the area deemed inaccessible will not be mapped to the waypoint and instead given a detour by the system.

  1. System able to highlight inaccessible path to user.
