Enter Video conference #18

As a patient, I wish I am able to enter the video chat so that i can consult with my doctor.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Video conference only runs during the time of conference, and ends till booked time with doctor is ended. 2.attributes needed notes,date and time stamp, recipient message and sender message also medicine prescription.
  2. Patient need to check-in to inform doctor that patient is online and ready.
  3. Afterwards , patient is able to enter conference.
