As a patient , I wish I am able to create a medicine collection ID so that my next-of-kins can collect the medicine in behalf of me.

Acceptance Criteria: 1.Need to ensure that patient is required to either refill/or need to have a prescription. 2.patient should then create a medicine collection slip with an unique id and is able to forward to next-of-kin
