At some point the provided certs expired, I re-crawled the chain and compiled the certs for gls.lotro.com, ocsp.digicert.com, and then the root cert for DigiCert_Global_Root_CA.pem, which is found in the default Ubuntu install. After copying this new .pem file over to my Windows install of OneLauncher, I can now connect to the servers and launch the game.
