Ported urls to Django 2.0 change logger.warn to logger.warning

I like this, but it failed with travis-ci's.

There doesn't seems to be any fix for the travis issue. The last support python 2.7 for django is 1.11. https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/2.0/releases/2.0/#python-compatibility

Any other way to get this merge in?
