Changes:

Sometimes guess a missing public_transport:version number.
Don't flag a route missing a network, operator, or ref if it's a member of a route_master that has one.

Concerns:

is it okay for the split "missing public_transport:version" issues to be "subclasses" in Osmose?
Is the translation generation broken?

I'm sorry to ask you to do extra work, but I think it would be better to make 2 separate PRs to address the 2 topics you're proposing (if you don't want to do it, let me know, I'll do it myself based on the commits of this PR).

Nah, I can do it. As it happens, I need to do more testing anyway :flushed:. I keep tripping over differences between MapCSS and CSS.
