I had tried in x64 and x32 mode both

Are you running on an Android 5.x smartphone? This application cannot be run on Android 5.x.

This application is designed to run mtk-su easily, but it can be run on Android 5.x by running mtk-su directly.

However, for Android 5.x, you need to use the following Magisk boot script https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rapid-temporary-root-for-hd-8-hd-10.3904595/post-82731447
