allow FQDN for relay address and set the default to amt-relay.m2icast.net #6

Currently, when you configure the relay address, it only accepts an IP address in numerical format. Need to allow to set it as a FQDN and set the default to be amt-relay.m2icast.net (currently it's 198.38.23.145).
