FQDN #8

This is modified code for AMT to support FQDN in addition to IPv4 addresses. Ignore the amt.c and amt.h in the main directory. I messed up since I didn't know what I was doing and can't seem to deleted them. I did put them in /modules/access where they should have gone.

The code looks good to me! I really appreciate the extra comments you put in amt.c for the new code you added. I'm still testing out the build myself, but I'm fine to merge it if you want.

Thanks Natalie. If I find some free time I’ll go the process of submitting to VLC.
