Partial-Bug #1665227

Change image name to new format mentioned in the bug

This patch change OS to the format mentioned in the above bug and thus changing the image name.

NOTE: this need changes in contrail-ansible, juju, helm code to change the image names to new format. THE CHANGES REQUIRED TO BE THERE IN CONTRAIL-ANSIBLE (AND SM), JUJU AND HELM CODE BEFORE THIS PR CAN BE MERGED.

make -c/--component optional in contrailctl

Each container will have /etc/contrail-role which will be written during container build and contrailctl will refer that file unless overridden by -c/--component
