Contrail pp installation on Openstack nodes #108

@michaelhenkel On Openstack controller nodes, the contrail pp are neither installed nor synchronised in the /usr/share/openstack-puppet/modules/tripleo directory

Upgrading from Contrail 3.2.3 + OSP10 z3 + RHEL 7.3 to Contrail 4.1.1 + OSP 10 z8 + RHEL 7.5
