Trim trailing whitespace and blank lines.
Always start a sentence on a new line.
Order SEE ALSO section by section first, then lexically by title.
Consistent HISTORY and AUTHORS sections.
Correct markup for command-line options.
Fix missing quotes.

This is by no means exhaustive, and some pages (e.g. libxo-csv) need a lot of help, but it's a start.
