InfluxDB web ui removed, add replacement Chronograf #225

As of InfluxDB v 1.3 they removed the web UI. https://docs.influxdata.com/chronograf/v1.3/guides/transition-web-admin-interface/

This UI was useful for querying the database when creating custom queries (graphs) in Grafana. The replacement is called Chronograf and I suggest you include it in open-nti.

Chronograf listens on a new port, 8888 by default
