EVPN-VXLAN Fabric with eBGP underlay and iBGP overlay composed of 2 spine and 3 leaf devices with 4 CentOS servers. EVPN Multihoming, IRB.

@grigorenkoae this seems to be a very complicated scenario. Are you testing it in a Juniper lab? If so, can you please rebase and try it now? Also note that there are some changes to the Vagrantfile to address #38 #37 and #36 that you should reflect in any new Vagrantfile.

I need someone to test this before it goes in. Please reach out to me if you are interested. Requires a host with 4 cores and 32GB RAM to spare.
