update install instructions to use virtualbox version < 6 #30

Per https://github.com/Juniper/vqfx10k-vagrant/issues/29, the vqfx boxes need to be built as 64bit. In the meantime, the docs need to be updated to save people some pain. Trying to boot the current 32bit box with VirtualBox 6.X leads to failure that isn't easy to diagnose.

@ctopher78 I do not have this problem. Maybe your issue was #36 ? If so it's been fixed. The deployment has been tested on Mac and Windows (with WSL on an Ubuntu VM by @aburston).
