Update Install guide with download link to vqfx #34

As there is a public download page for the vqfx boxes on the Vagrant Cloud, I believe it would be a good idea to include the link in the install guide.

I have replaced the old warning with the link to the link.

@philodavies if you want to merge this you'll need to update the "from" above. Maybe you deleted the fork? Otherwise, please close this.
