(Before I start, while seal and yt-dlp were working well for months, jist today they stopped downloading insta reels again. But your issue isn't related with that. It could also affect downloads other sites.)

Because the bot doesn't exactly understand the issue, I'll help you with that. You see, after somw update, seal started only putting the name of the video, instead of the name and the id in the filename. As a result, when you download a video from insta from the same account, it has the same filename and doesn't download the new video.

To fix it:

Go to settings- > download directory

Tap on output template

Select the option that says %(title).200B [%(id)s].%(ext)s (or type it in the custom field below and select that).

Issues with that:

If you open the video from the thumbnail it shows you, it will probably open the old video. To find the new one either go to the list of downloaded videos (tap top right) or go to your gallery.

Try using mobile data, it worked for me (the 1st and 2nd times I tried with 2 different reels of the same account at least). Maybe they're blacklisting IPs one by one (??) Maybe they've put a cooldown or something.. I could download insta reels just fine for months till yesterday. (Not using any insta cookies, I don't even have an account.)
