Could not get video information

Describe the bug

In the new version 1.13.1, the error is probably related to libpython, I just pasted the link into the fields and clicked download, in the window there is no difference what to download, audio or video, the error constantly pops up and the message failed to obtain information. I reinstalled the application again but nothing helps
