[Seal Prev] Subtitle selection has glitches or bug

Describe the bug

1. When I choose any subtitle, then I click OK or Done button. Then I re check, is subtitle selected or not but the Subtitle not selected.
2. I also copied Subtitle from Seal Stable to Prev., it didn't work.
