Seal 2.0.0 alpha4 : Suggested quality isn't the best

Describe the bug

suggested quality not the best

To Reproduce

1. Open Seal Preview 2.0 alpha4

2. touch the download button then paste the link for a video (i found the bug on this one https://youtu.be/Rb6huER5Pow?si=Iphb8k-ge8_jP6wN)

3. touch next then choose "custom" (note: i used cookies with yt premium the first time but it is the same when i disactivate them)

Error reports

As you can see the suggested quality is 360p therefore 1080p is alvailable
