Personally I find that using and include statements clutter up the outline view, and they're essentially never the thing I'm looking for when I look at the outline view, mostly I want to find function and/or struct definitions.
It might be nice to filter these out automatically? Perhaps even nicer would be to give each user a way to automatically customize this filter.
