[BUG] Installing Julia-client failed

Hi, I have installed Julia, Atom and the required packages (ink, language-julia ... ). But only the last one, Julia-client, cannot be installed properly. After searching the websites, I have tried many suggestions (also uninstall and then install again), but none of them works.

Can anyone please tell me the reason of this error? Thank you!

I have tried to change another computer, and the same error comes out when installing julia-client. But I never faced this issue before.
