[BUG]Juno in Atom stopped working #643

My Juno suddenly stopped working, hangs on starting Atom, showing "not responding dialog".

I tried to uninstall all Julia related packages, then Atom works fine. but when i tried to reinstall uber-juno, it hangs when installing ink and julia-client. Installing in terminal with "apm install ink/julia-client" will be fine, but Atom hangs on starting.

Details

Atom version: 1.60.0
Julia version: 1.7.2
OS: windows 10 x64
Package versions:
- Atom.jl: 0.12.35
- julia-client: 0.12.6
- ink: 0.12.6

Steps to reproduce

uninstall uber-juno
install uber-juno

problem solved by clean reinstall Atom, Juno
