Error: Installing “julia-client@0.12.6” failed. #644

I am trying to install Juno and am getting the following error: Error: Installing “julia-client@0.12.6” failed.

Here is a copy of my error log after running apm install julia-client

2022-05-29T00_31_00_091Z-debug.log.
