[FR] - allow code chunks to have a copy-paste button #421

It would be nice to have a small copy-paste button in every code chunk so that users browsing through rendered html's can access code immediately without selection and copying

@pfitzseb can your PR here https://github.com/JuliaDocs/Documenter.jl/pull/1748 somehow be implemented to tackle this issue too?
