add command to toggle treeview

in the result corresponding to the current cursor position.

Mostly fixes JunoLab/atom-julia-client#61, only question is that of a standard keybinding.

I tested it out and it worked well.

In my keymap (OSX) I mapped to alt-enter. It works nicely
