This would be a nice mod that gives you one last chance if you couldn't get enough scrap. So it would be nice to have an option to make the machine only appear if you can't meet the quota with the current scrap value and 0 days left.
Probably not trivial to implement, but I don't want everyone to gather some scrap and then gamble all the time.
