Hi Akdes,
Thanks for your interest in sci-fate!
The RNA velocity analysis is for internal testing and this function is not included in the sci-fate pipeline. I can send the exonic/intronic data to your email address if you are still interested.

Hi,
Thanks a lot for providing all the scripts. I would like to get the scvelo outputs with the spliced and unspliced read counts.(sci-fate_analysis/script_downstream_processing/scifate_RNA_velocity.py). I would appreciate if you can share the scvelo input files so I can run the scifate_RNA_velocity.py script.
Thanks a lot! Akdes

I know you shared the raw data on GEO but if you also have input bam files for velocity analysis in an easily accessable storage that would also be great!
Thanks a lot for all your help!
