I am trying to re-plot the main figures in the sci-fate paper. After getting "df_cell_linkages" and "df_trajectory" files, how can I plot the linkages and trajectories figures in Fig. 3b and Fig. 3d? And how to plot the state transition network in Fig. 4a? These scripts were not supplied by the authors.
