[Feature Request] Perform console command when someone swears #1

In my server I use tempmute command to mute for 5-10 minutes for swearing in chat. That's the main use case this feature is required for.

And also I love this plugin, because it can deal with symbols in swears, which is common when someone tries to trick antiswear plugin.
