This would be useful for sound affects like a air horn where you might want to press it 3 time rapidly to get the MLG sound affect(this was the first example in my head)
I could probably work this in, since I'm already thinking about adding special play modes for things like cross-fading sounds. You're right, this something that is needed in the soundboard.
