Isn't this already ready because we're supporting V4V? I thought @ChrisLAS has a lightning node (from my understanding) and the V4V form sends it to that node?

So, then we'd just need to list that node on the website somewhere and people could send money to it if they don't want to do a boost with the form?

Still very new to all this, so sorry for the ignorance if I'm missing something simple 😅

It's a great question.

The intention here is to be more strategic and mindful of presenting a... dare I say... framework for other FOSS projects to easily duplicate our efforts in this area and apply it to their project. Perhaps an embedded V$V form is part of that effort. Perhaps documentation aswell on the entire dependency tree from node to boost.
